Consumer dispute resolution — Verbraucherstreitbeilegung

The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform was permanently discontinued on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, so no link to it is given here. Imprints that still carry one are pointing at a dead service.

Under § 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG): we are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

This directory describes software published by other people, and nearly every entry links somewhere else. We do not control those destinations and do not monitor them continuously. Listings are compiled from public sources and from what submitters tell us; they can be out of date or wrong, and an entry is never a security assessment or a recommendation to install anything. The liability terms that actually apply, including the limits German law does and does not permit, are in section 13 of the Terms of Service. Nothing on this page widens or narrows them.
