Ask your AI assistant about prices in Norway.

Folgpris.no is a Norwegian price tracker: it follows product prices across Norwegian online stores (Elkjøp, Komplett, Power and hundreds more), keeps price history, and alerts you when prices drop. This MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT and any other MCP client search for products, track prices and read your alerts directly from the chat.

Connector URL: https://mcp.folgpris.no/mcp/ (remote server, Streamable HTTP — nothing to install)

Setup

Claude (claude.ai and desktop)

1. Open Settings → Connectors
2. Choose Add custom connector
3. Give it a name and paste https://mcp.folgpris.no/mcp/
4. Click Add, then sign in with your Folgpris account (OAuth)

ChatGPT

1. Enable developer mode: Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced
2. Choose Create under Connectors
3. Paste https://mcp.folgpris.no/mcp/ and pick OAuth
4. Sign in with your Folgpris account

Other MCP clients (Cursor, Cline, custom agents)

Clients without an OAuth flow can authenticate with an API key from your Folgpris settings page:

All tools require authentication (OAuth sign-in or an fp_ API key). Accounts are free.

The server only accesses the Folgpris account you sign in with: your tracked products, notifications and searches. See the privacy policy.
