Questions about submitting
- Is submitting free?
- Yes. A free submission joins the review queue and is worked in arrival order — the current wait and how many are ahead of you are both shown when you choose a plan. Paying is only about speed and editorial work; it is never required to be listed, and it never buys a badge.
- What does the paid tier actually buy?
- Speed, control and placement — published immediately after a safety scan, reviewed within 24 hours instead of the free queue, editable metadata with your own logo, description and links, and a Featured label for a fixed window. It does not buy Claimed, Official, or a better score. Claiming your listing is free whether or not you pay.
- Does paying get me a Verified badge or a dofollow link?
- Not directly. Paying gets your listing reviewed sooner. The Verified badge is granted by the review outcome — we check you actually control the repository or domain — and the dofollow link follows from passing that review. If the listing does not pass, the fee has still bought the priority review, but not the badge.
- Can I submit a server I did not write?
- Yes, and most entries here were indexed automatically from the official MCP registry. Those are marked Community until their author claims them. If you are not the author, submit it as a community entry rather than claiming ownership.
